We partner with DHL to export your rug. Within an estimate of 3-5 days, we will send your rug from our workshop to your front door. It doesn’t matter if that's in Europe or in the USA, we can ship wherever DHL ships.

Shipping is included within the price for all orders placed within the USA and EU. Any orders outside of these areas, may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Yes, we do. We work with DHL to help us with a smooth delivery process. We ship your rug from our Antigua office to your front door!

Sometimes borders add taxes on top of the product cost when they are received at customs. We typically value our rug at a lower price of $5-$10, to avoid any additional import taxes.

International customers, please note that our goods may be subject to import duties and taxes at your own charge. Any customs paperwork or duty fees within your home country are your responsibilility.

All our rugs get packaged in customized Cielo Azul packaging. On top of that, DHL also wraps it in another box. They make sure the product gets delivered with care.

Yes, for an extra special delivery fee (on top of the rug pricing) we can get your rug to you within 1-2 days after the rug has been delievered to our Antigua office.

At this moment, we don’t have a warehouse in the US or Europe, which is why we don’t take returns. However, if your product is damaged, we’d love to assist you at info@cieloazulhomedecor.com

It depends. If you want to change colors on a current design, it takes up to 6 weeks. If you want to create a whole new design, it could take up to 3 months.

All our rugs are handmade by Guatemalan artisans on a traditional foot loom. The colors of the handspun wool never look exactly the same, as they are dyed with natural colors. We always try for the color to look as similar as possible. 

All our rugs are handmade by Guatemalan artisans in the highlands of a village named Momostenango. This town is well known for its sheep wool and quality rugs.

Our wonderful designer, Mayko Ruano, has an extremely talented eye for contemporary rug designs. He is responsible for the design of all our beautiful rugs!

Our rugs are handmade and require careful attention. We recommend washing your rug with an organic soap bar or knocking it loose on your balcony or garden. It truly works wonders and your rug will look brand new!

You can also vacuum our rugs, just be careful while doing so. 

Did your rug get really dirty from all its use? You can wash our rugs on a light, cold cycle with neutral soap. Always hang to dry in the shade!
